- Jamestown Lions members and any family living in the residence of members are prohibited from entering the raffle.
- The winners will be determined via a random drawing on August 3rd, 2024. Each ticket purchased will have a stub with the buyer’s name and contact information on it. There is no need for a matching numbered ticket.

- If an entrant’s check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is received by Jamestown Lions Club prior to 12 noon, August 3rd, 2024

- The grand prize winner will receive a 2024 Smoker Craft 16 Angler SC fishing boat packaged with a Yamaha 20 horsepower tilt with electric start and 2024 Trailmaster Trailer or $8,000 cash. Sales tax and title will be paid by the winner. The alternate cash prize is $8,000. The boat was purchased from: Pymatuning Boat Sales Jamestown, PA
- Second prize is Lake Erie Chartered Fishing Trip donated by Happy Daze Sportfishing Charters.
- Third prize 9 foot kayak with paddle and life jacket. Exact model and manufacturer to be determined.

- The winners will be determined via a random drawing on August 3rd, 2024

- The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, license plate, luxury, income or special taxes, shipping and all other fees, but not title or sales tax. Jamestown Lions Club specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the 2024 Smoker Craft 16 Angler SC.
- Winner will be required to fill out a Form W9 before claiming their prize. A W2G for the fair market value of the prize will be issued at the end of the year.
- All proceeds, less prizes and expenses benefit Jamestown Lions Club projects. Jamestown Lions Club is a nonprofit organization and part of Lions Clubs International, which is the world’s largest service club organization.Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their names on each raffle ticket. (This does not apply to tickets purchased online.) If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant”.
- Jamestown Lions Club shall, will and can have no obligation for delivery to any person other than the entrant. Retain your raffle ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket stub. (This does not apply to tickets purchased online.)
